We currently ship to Australia, New Zealand, Canada, United States, United Kingdom, Ireland, Singapore, Austria, Belgium, Croatia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Italy, Netherlands, Portugal, Poland, Sweden, Switzerland, Spain, Israel, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Saudi Arabia and Japan.

Please note that, unfortunately, we are unable to ship to APO, or FPO addresses at this time.
How long does it take to process my order?Orders are typically processed within 3 business days. However, during sale event, due to the high volume of orders received, we kindly request that you allow for a processing time of 5-7 business days for your orders.
"Pre-Order" products are usually shipped within 5-10 business days.
Once your orders are dispatched we will send an email notification containing a tracking number to help you monitor your consignments’ journey.
Do I need to pay for shipping?We have made it easy for you to enjoy free shipping by lowering the thresholds.

Is the shipping fee refundable?We want to kindly remind you that the shipping fee is non-refundable, regardless of whether the order is returned or exchanged.
What if I provided an incorrect address?Please make sure your address is correct on your order. If you do notice an issue with your shipping address after your package has been sent out, please let us know right away. While we cannot guarantee that we can reroute your package, we will do our best to contact the shipping carrier on your behalf. If we do receive the package back, we will provide you with the options to resend it to the correct address (after re-paying the shipping fee) or to refund your order (minus the original shipping fee).
