With our warranty in place, each piece of ONNNIII jewellery is looked after for 12 months of the purchase with NO extra costs. During the warranty period, any damage to the material or workmanship of your jewellery is covered by our complimentary repair services.

In the unlikely event that the item cannot be repaired, we offer a free replacement - yes, you read that right, a completely free replacement.

Whether the damage is caused by manufacturing issues or just general wear and tear, rest assured that we’ve got your back. Please note, however, that the warranty does not cover lost items or modifications done by third parties outside of ONNNIII.

How to lodge for repair?

At ONNNIII, we are committed to making the repair process as seamless and hassle-free as possible. 

  • To get started, please email us at info@onnniii.com including the following details:
- Order number
- Description of the issues you are experiencing with your jewellery  pieces that require repair
- Photos of the pieces showing the specific areas of concern
    • Once we receive your repair request, our team will assess the issues with your jewellery pieces and confirm with you via email within 3 business days. This confirmation email will provide you with all the necessary details regarding your repair request and the next steps to take.

    • Once you receive our email confirmation, you can prepare your item(s) for repair return. To ensure that your item(s) arrive safely and securely, please make sure they are packaged carefully in their original or similar protective packaging. This will help prevent any damage during transit and ensure that the repair process is as smooth as possible.

    • Please note that once your request is approved, please ship the item(s) and email us the tracking number within 10 business days.


    Please note that while the repair service is complimentary within the warranty period, customers will be responsible for the shipping costs to send the item(s) to us for repair. However, we will cover the costs of shipping the repaired item(s) back to you.

    It's important to note that if the item(s) arrive in a condition that does not meet our requirements, we will not be able to accept them for repair. In this case, the item(s) will be returned to you at your own expense.
