We offer complimentary professional jewellery cleaning service for 6 months of the purchase. In addition to that, when we receive your jewellery for cleaning, we also conduct a thorough quality check to ensure that everything is in good condition. With the 12-month warranty in place for all jewellery pieces, we gladly offer complimentary repair services within 12 months of the purchase. If repair is impossible, we offer free replacement.
