Our stainless steel pieces are made from high quality stainless steel and finished with PVD (Physical Vapor Deposition) plating — a new, modern way of plating that uses a vacuum coating process to create an extremely durable finish. Compared with traditional plating, PVD plating is ten times thicker and is also considered a more environmentally friendly option.

This means our stainless steel pieces are made to be 100% tarnish resistant and waterproof  — sweat proof, shower proof, ocean/pool proof, and lotion/perfume proof. No fading, no green skin.

We are so confident in the colour of our stainless steel pieces that we offer a Lifetime Colour Guarantee on all gold or silver colour issues on stainless steel pieces.

If your ONNNIII stainless steel item tarnishes, simply email us at customerservice@onnniii.com with

• a clear photo of the issue on the item, and

• your order number. 

 

We will arrange a replacement or issue store credit.

No questions asked.

Replacements are subject to stock availability. If the same item is no longer available, an alternative of the same value or store credit will be offered.

Please note this guarantee applies to gold or silver colour issues on stainless steel pieces only. 

For pieces made from gold plated brass or sterling silver, more care is naturally required due to the nature of these materials. These pieces are covered by our general 1 Year Warranty, with reasonable care and maintenance recommended to help preserve their finish and lustre.
